Took the time to speak with me about my machine so all the proper work could be done. I always feel good servicing my equipment with Ideal Lawnmower. Excellent service. Jess is a fantastic employee. Wayne really knows his stuff, went in got my chainsaw fixed had some good conversation and he was done. Stopped right in the middle of what he was doing to take care of me. He was a pleasure to have help me fix my chainsaw now I'm looking for more broken equipment to bring back to him! When it comes up in conversations where to get a small engine repaired, I wont hesitate to send them to Wayne! Thanks again my friend!
