RAPID TESTS- (Rapid Antigen test, Rapid Molecular Test) Typically rapid tests results are available same day in about 3 hours. We will NOT be calling any NEGATIVE results due to the high volume of patients so it is best to come into the office after 4pm to collect your results from the front desk. SEND OUT PCR TEST Please note we are just a collection facility for these tests. The tests are processed by national laboratories and we have no control over their turn around time. Calling our office repeatedly may not be productive. To retrieve results please do the following: QUEST DIAGNOSTICS Please setup a free “Myquest” account with Quest Diagnostics. Once you have registered you can check your own lab results. The time for results to return varies. You are free to contact quest diagnostics directly for any queries or on how to register minors on their website. https://myquest.questdiagnostics.com/web/home ACUTIS This company releases results directly via email to the patients once completed. Time to return results is a minimum of 72 hours. We need a VALID email address on file so that we may provide it to the company. Any questions about their processing can be directed to them at Acutis.com If none of the above methodologies work for you then it is best to come into the office directly to check on your results. Please give at least 5 days for results to return.
Mediocre as test center !!! Lack of organization. It is just horrible. After so many struggles, you are tested and never get results as it should be!!!
