The care I received at AFC Urgent Care in Watertown was absolutely fantastic. From the front desk, to the RN, to the physician assistant, my care was thorough and effective. I’d like to mention my physician assistant specifically - Brian Colletti, PA-C. He delivered some difficult news in a kind and gentle way. I felt like I could trust him immediately and understood his directions clearly. I couldn’t have asked for a more comprehensive and thorough interaction with Brian. If I ever need care again, I will head right to AFC Urgent Care in Watertown to meet with Brian.

Worst urgent care I have ever been to. I went in on Tuesday morning to get a PCR Covid test. I arrived around 11:30 and was put in a room around 11:45. Waited until 12:30, still no sign of the tester. I asked a staff member how long it would be and she said there were three people in front of me and the tester was finishing up with the second. Never mind the fact that there was only one tester there, but 30 minutes for one test?!?!?! It does not take 30 minutes to swab nostrils. Ridiculous.

My husband and I needed to get tested for travel. Made appointments online (very easy process). We arrived almost an hour early for the appointments because we were going from work. They greeted us and said they would take us early. They gave us time to double check that we were getting the proper test required. We were tested and walked out with results in-hand in less than one hour. The lab technician (Nate, I believe), was gentle and really kind. I would absolutely recommend going here.

Very wonderful staff, professional, and organized. Went for a COVID travel test, and they did their best to follow guidelines for safety and contact measures. Wait time was not bad for being busy on a Sunday morning. Ryan did a splendid job at multitasking and answering everyone’s questions and helping out. Fabulous!

It is taking so long time, until now I didn't receive the results since December 9th. They don't respond to emails or calls 😒
Hi, please see below: Thank you for choosing AFC Urgent Care Arlington and Watertown for your COVID 19 testing. Now that you have had your test you have to patiently wait for your results. RAPID TESTS- (Rapid Antigen test, Rapid Molecular Test) Typically rapid tests results are available same day in about 3 hours. We will NOT be calling any NEGATIVE results due to the high volume of patients so it is best to come into the office after 4pm to collect your results from the front desk. SEND OUT PCR TEST Please note we are just a collection facility for these tests. The tests are processed by national laboratories and we have no control over their turn around time. Calling our office repeatedly may not be productive. To retrieve results please do the following: QUEST DIAGNOSTICS Please setup a free “Myquest” account with Quest Diagnostics. Once you have registered you can check your own lab results. The time for results to return varies. You are free to contact quest diagnostics directly for any queries or on how to register minors on their website. https://myquest.questdiagnostics.com/web/home ACUTIS This company releases results directly via email to the patients once completed. Time to return results is a minimum of 72 hours. We need a VALID email address on file so that we may provide it to the company. Any questions about their processing can be directed to them at Acutis.com If none of the above methodologies work for you then it is best to come into the office directly to check on your results. Please give at least 5 days for results to return.

I was in to have a PCR test on Saturday, August 28th. It has been 3 full days and I have not received my results back. I tried calling and no one picks up. I do not recommend this facility if you need urgent care. They are unresponsive.
We do offer last minute travel testing available with same or next day PCR results.
