I had an unbelievable experience buying my brand new RX350. I was a long time Herb Chambers customer and had verbally agreed to buy my 3rd car there bur I just didn’t feel like they were valuing my business so I stopped by Lexus Of Watertown and met an incredibly nice associate named Leon. He treated me better then I had ever been at the other dealership and beat their deal with way less strings attached. He was very low-pressure, thorough and precise with everything he offered. Once I agreed to purchase the car he and the finance team simplified the whole process, much less red tape and smoke and mirrors than I had experience before going to Lexus of Watertown. Leon gave me an awesome tutorial and has been great about checking in this week, making sure I’m happy. A thoroughly enjoyable and hassle-free experience. Lexus of Watertown is my new go-to dealer!

We recently purchased a 2022 RX350 and what a refreshing feeling from this dealership. No sales pressure, no gimmicks, and we were treated with the most “upscale” experience. With a newborn coming, Ussa who is sales rep walked us through all the details, options,pricing, and most importantly safety for the RX. He went above and beyond in going over all the pro & con of why certain features you would need and don’t need. And he was able to find us the right RX that met our requirements. To me certified guarantee means a double check and triple check system by multiple people to make sure that their word is kept meaning that my car is properly taken care of and that no matter what they will go above and beyond to make sure I am happy and my experience with this Lexus dealership is quite so they went above and beyond when my father was in the hospital and the car was not even in my name and I do not even have those same last name as my father but I needed the car to pick up my father from the hospital and the car broke down they gave me a rental car they came and towed the car back they went above and beyond for my father and made sure that his needs were met even though he was in the hospital for two and a half weeks and could not speak for himself and I don't usually do that for him

Yes, Lexus of Watertown does perform Massachusetts state inspection stickers. The charge is $35.00 and it takes about 90 minutes with the free car wash. On Fridays, we perform state inspection stickers until 4:30 PM
