I have been a long time customer of Direct Tire. Barry Steinberg was a great person and will be missed, But what carries on is the great customer service (Susan was my latest Service Person). They were able to accommodate my services needs and help with ferrying me back n forth I highly recommend them Update, a week later I hit a curb with my new tire. I am so glad I got the protection because it is being replaced at no cost to me. Susan again is coming to my rescue!
