The use of free lockers is probably the best part. This is followed closely by free showers that are always clean, they're large, and there is a separate changing area to help keep your stuff dry as you get dressed. Otherwise enjoy other amenities such as free water from the fountains(bubblers), massage chairs, tanning beds, and small things you can buy like Gatorade, tote bags, towels, tanning lotion, and more.

No. The 22.99 covers both and allows you to workout at any gym
Not really no. It's a well lit parking lot but it's in a strip mall so there is no covered or underground parking in the area.
The $10 per month membership is only a one club usage and no spa access. For around $23 you get nationwide and the spa. Also like Andrew said $40 annual fee
