Pretty disappointed to say the least. I made an appointment for my beetle to be serviced with a loaner about a week and a half in advance. I received an email confirmation shortly after making the appointment over the phone. I showed up the morning of and was told that I both had no appointment and there were no loaners left to give, with the next one not being available until a week after. I thought a dealership would be more reliable than a local shop but apparently I was wrong. Will not be returning.

Rude dealership, won’t say specifics because I respect every person. Didn’t come down to a deal as the dealer was adding up fees that didn’t make sense. It’s okay when people don’t come down to a deal because that’s how life works but this guy couldn’t even respect us. My dad and I decided we wanted to walk out and he could not take no for an answer, that’s gotta say something right? No means no. Then his manager comes over and says that he hates customers like us. I told them that I appreciate their time and effort and tried to shake their hand, but they both didn’t shake it. Horrible people and they do not have respect like men. They aren’t real men. It explains why they were like 5’5 and have anger issues. Being nice is one thing but also being professional is another. At least shake my hand as I am 19 and your 40 and you can’t even shake my hand, you look like a child and you are also the size of one. If they were nicer we were willing to buy the car instead of lease it. Will never go back. We got a new car in the works anyways.

This is probably the worst VW dealership in the area, if not, the whole of Massachusetts. I went back in December and planned to trade in my old car and purchase a new car from them. It was a nightmare of an experience. Trade-in was offered way below market price and the final price of the vehicle that I was looking to purchase was WAY above what other dealerships had asked for (I had shopped around with 3 other VW dealerships and this dealership was the only one that had the color that I wanted) After an hour-long of negotiating, they asked me to call the other dealership to confirm that the deal that I originally agreed with them still existed before the manager at Watertown decided to sell the car and take the trade-in at the same deal the other dealership is offering and the experience after both parties agreed was just horrific. First, they were forcing me to sign the paperwork before running my credit and letting me see the interest rate. While dealing with the finance manager, he told me how he tends to forget where he put the down payment. Then he called me a week after and asked for the cash that I had already put down for the car. Second, they didn’t even give me a full tank of gas and their excuse was “We are only do a half tank fuel up when a customer purchases a vehicle” which I honestly didn't even know what to say. I am not even going to mention the terrible job that they did to prep the car for delivery.
