Yeah it's too boring
If you have a fat tire bike it wouldn't be too bad. Lots of sand and hills! Check out Tenoroc park it has hills and harder clay type dirt, about 20 miles south from catfish creek.
I think it's ok but It's only a few miles round trip, don't know if you would want to bicycle here.
