Very cute little flower shop l forgot the name of the girl that helped me but she was super nice me and my kids help to pick out some flowers for our aunt and she helped us pick them out super kind and helpful loved it!

Cathy that works at the customer service desk is rude as ever. We walked up to the line and she didn’t greet us or anything. I had to ask for the scanner to scan my own order. Sodas were on sale and we weren’t aware that you needed the member card to get the deal so we wanted to return them and input the telephone number for the sale price. At that moment she got really nasty and said she would only refund me $2.xx. I let her know that the refund should’ve been more and I asked to speak to the manager and she stated he don’t know more than me , I’ve been here for 25 years. The manager Kevin came over and Cathy continued to argue with me about the amount of refund. That’s not way for a veteran employee to act that way in front of customers and her manager. It’s clear this Cathy has no respect for anyway and she’s a bad look for Winn Dixie.
