I have a stray male cat that apparently has "adopted" me. He's not neutered and needs to be because he's marking everywhere. I really like him but I'm on a VERY limited income. Do you neuter at low cost?

We do not have a clinic onsite for spay or neuter....but we are working on raising the funds to buy one. Contact Suncoast Humane Society or Cat Depot for low cost spay neuter.
