You can order one from this location and it can take several weeks for it to get to you but they don't print them at this location. Also if you have a book you can do a ds-82 renewal application submit the book with the application in order to order the card
You can get two things from any passport office. Passport books or passport cards. Both are passports but the card can only be used to travel to Canada, Mexico and water travel to places like the Bahamas. No international air travel. Not everyone will take a passport card as ID
