If you could get here between 5pm and 8pm this evening 09/27/19 you can walk in without an appointment. NPC is doing a passport awareness event and they're offering the extra hours for any type of service.
Its best if you do have an appointment. Walk ins are allowed but you may not be seen if it's busy.
