I called in a pick-up order. I asked for a veggie wrap no feta, and asked if I could get the $8 grilled chicken salad topper for my dog. She said she would put in for the grilled chicken sandwich with no bun. I picked up my order which came out to $18.45, and left a tip. I drove away to my next destination, and found that my wrap had plenty of feta, and the grilled chicken was covered with red seasoning. I couldn't eat my wrap, my dog couldn't eat the chicken. I called up and Michelle picked up. Said sorry about the feta, and said the chicken comes already seasoned like that (frozen?). She offered new food or a gift cert if I came back, but I was already 20 mins away, and I don't think I would want to get anything else anyways. Wish I had my 20 bucks back.

This is the first time I've been in this restaurant in many years. It now looks bright ad fresh and clean and updated. Our food was fresh and hot when delivered, and very good. Our only complaint was the waitress' long absences when we each needed a refill of our drinks.

Like every where else, you have to be patient since they are busy and understaffed. They have a great breakfast menu and tasty food. Ordered the hash and we were asked canned or homemade. Never seen shredded carrots in hash, but it was tasty. The hollandaise sauce seemed sweet.

This is a tough one for me. We have never been here and google suggested it might be a place we'd like to try. I feel like the experience could have been better. We walked in and the hostess didn't looked thrilled. She exhaustively said "Sit wherever you want." Our hostess was also our waitress. There were no other servers, so the wait was long. We wasted a lot of time looking for a kids meal but we weren't given a kids menu. Also not on the menu are the drink options. When I asked what the options were after not finding them on the menu, I was answered with "We have Pepsi products." in a tone as if I was supposed to know what they carry. Finally we were given a kids menu for our daughter. I initially tried their caesar and it was so bland I wouldn't even serve it as hospital food. Anyhow, I ended up with a different menu item and it was good. But again, the wait was long. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Unclean toilets being leveled with wedges of wood. There were fruit flies in the bathroom. I was swatting them away while washing my hands. The barrel so full it was overflowing onto the floor. You can tell its been a while since the bathroom has been cleaned. If that's how their bathrooms look, I'm afraid to see the kitchen. So, yeah, the food was "Okay" but the service and the cleanliness could have been, no, should have been way better.
