I don't understand how all parking spots are full. Can anyone just park there even if not taking bus? That's a little crazy.

I don’t understand why they not open the Dover NH terminal again. It will relieve some parking spaces in Portsmouth terminal. Just as much people in DoverNh travel from following towns as well. To drive all the way to Portsmouth sucks. Plus last time there was no more parking spaces even in the over flow parking.

$12 (as of 12/2019) Valet parking is a fantastic, stress-free way to park your car, esp. during the winter when weather can be unpredictable. The valet guys are super professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Complimentary coffee, tea, hot water, plus bagels (Xmas only) are a real treat! I highly recommend parking here if flying out of Boston/Logan or taking the C&J Executive Bus to NYC’s Penn Station.
