Each year our business, Greg West Photography, sends gifts to our clients during the holidays. I was a bit delayed this year in getting this done and when I contacted Kilwin's I was worried I could not get a custom order in time. I told Janette I wanted some goodies with our logo on them. Not only did she say "no problem" to our timeline, she mocked up some samples and suggested goodies to achieve what I was looking for within 24 hours - despite it being their busiest time of year. Additionally, she shipped them for us, including one to Canada. The price was reasonable and the service warrants 5 stars. Everyone loved their treats. Huge shout out to Kilwins for their quality and service!

Best ice cream and waffle cup I've ever had in my life. Very friendly staff, and was able to speak with the young girl that was making the fudge on the table she was so polite and very knowledgeable she actually took the time out on her busy day to explain the process of the fudge making.

Kilwins made our personalized chocolates for our wedding favorites for this coming July and we are over the moon about them. They are everything that we wanted and more. The price point was perfect and the communication to make them was even better. Janette did a wonderful job with helping us. John gave us our chocolates when we picked them up.
