Can I bring in a jacket that needs a new zipper and velcro strips?

I don't reallly know, it' s better to ask. Those are expensive goods. Consider that if it is normal use and if the jacket is under manufacturer's warranty, and the damage the due to defects on workmanship or materials (many ifs I guess, I mean, normal warranty conditions) they can do something. If not, consider a new jacket, these things improve every year... or North Face, depending on your tastes 😁😁

I'm pretty sure they don't do repairs in the store. Your best bet might be to call customer service
