A family friend, who lives in another country, thought she would do something nice for my cousin, and ordered a bottle of gin from Bauer to be delivered to him for his birthday. She (naïvely) paid as much in shipping as she did for the gin. The bottle never arrived (FedEx was the carrier, and it seems they lost or broke it), and now, 9 months later, she still has not received a refund. Bauer is blaming FedEx—sure, it seems like it is FedEx’s fault, but since they contracted FedEx for the delivery, it is their responsibility to make sure the product gets to the intended recipient or refund the buyer’s money. They hav done neither. NINE months. $100 USD is a lot in my friend’s local currency. Completely unacceptable, callous, and unethical on the part of this business.

Fabulous selection of bubbles, rose, and booze!! The beer selection was small but really neat. Would highly recommend this store and it is very close to the Sheraton 😆

We needed some corporate baskets for clients and Matt and his crew were very helpful, flexible and provided a generous gift basket for our budget. Extremely professional and took great care of us and our clients - we received many compliments as a result or them being able to capture our sentiments. The free delivery is also a bonus! The health and safety of our customers and staff is of the utmost importance to us at Bauer and we therefore continue to encourage our loyal customers to order online, by phone, or for curbside contactless delivery. We also want those customers to know that should they wish to shop in store, we have put necessary policies and procedures in place for a safe shopping experience. Please note: we require masks for all customers and staff, we limit number of bodies in store at one given time, and are vigilant about cleaning and disinfecting high surface contact areas including handles, cc machines, cash wrap, etc. We also encourage our customers to maintain social distance with other customers and staff while shopping and checking out. Hand sanitizer is available and on the counter at the point of sale and gloves are available to anyone who would like to use them while shopping.
