Love Neiman's, but..some of the staff have offensive airs of superiority. After all, they are serving a specific type of clientele, but a humble pie now and then can heal delusions of grandeur. "You were hired to serve/assist customers". So sorry, but the lifestyle you desire is currently out of stock! Enjoy your champagne wishes and caviar dreams, but not until you wrap my purchases.

I’ve only visited this location to return online orders, but each time it is such pleasant and easy experience. The sales associates are all extremely friendly and polite - as well as knowledgeable and efficient. The store is always in immaculate shape too, with everything neatly arranged and in order.

I stopped in while waiting my turn at Louis Vuitton and I've become regular shopper now. I especially love the sales! And I wanted to say thank you to Angier in Ladies Shoes for her top notch customer service. She went out of her way to take care of us!

I received very bad customer service from the old lady with blond hair standing at Lamer counter on Nov 15 2021 around 5pm. She has no respect and I have a feeling that she discriminates against Asian people. I ordered something from La Prairie on Friday and was told by my SA it will be next day shipping to the store for me to pick up. I arrived at Monday but it was still on the road. I asked if I could cancel this order since I’m leaving Boston. She was like “why don’t you have it ship to your home? I don’t understand.” And she flipped her eyes on me. And I said I don’t want my package to be lost and I feel more secured to get it in person. She said “I can’t return for you unless the item arrives in the store.” And she acted like she was on top of us with her attitude and body language. EXCUSE ME??? This is RIDICULOUSLY RUDE.
