Much like everyone else who’s reviewing the store it is remarkably poorly run. Tried shopping at Friday evening and they closed the dressing rooms, all of them, an hour and a half early. I returned when the store opened on Saturday, there was one dressing room open with an incredibly long line and one register open with an incredibly long line and one person attending. This is why people buy things online and stores close .

Extremely busy fitting rooms, took 2 hours to get to the front of the line. What is more interesting is that this store has 3 floors and each floor has its own fitting room, but they closed fitting rooms of two floors and flooded people to only one fitting room on the first floor. Also, there is no diversith with regards to clothes styles.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the WORST Zara I have ever been to. I bought a pair of $70 shoes that broke upon wearing them for the FIRST time. I tried to discuss it online with an agent and they told me I had to go in the store which I was already dreading considering the fact they only ever have one line open. Well, I made the trek back and waited in line for a half hour to be treated with the most disrespect I have ever encountered as a consumer. Before I could even begin to tell him what happened, he slid the shoes across from me and said no, we can’t do anything, you wore them and broke them. I tried to explain they broke after one wear and that I was instructed to go the store via talking to a customer rep and he continued to tell me no, we can’t do anything. Per Zara’s return policy, if an item is faulty, they actually do have to do something about it. The manager then chimed in to support him and say that the shoes weren’t meant to be worn outside and should be thrown out after a year. I’m sorry, what shoes aren’t meant to be worn outside??? Goes to show how Zara is really taking a stand behind their quality and becoming “more environmentally friendly”. Luckily, I got someone to help me over the phone, but seriously, don’t even bother here. I knew before this that Zara was a terrible company and always had my doubts and guilt shopping there, but this just ensured those doubts. I will be avoiding them from now and putting my money toward other companies who actually care about the environment and the quality of their product.

There is only 1 line for purchases and returns unlike other stores. I would suggest splitting the lines as I had to wait 25 minutes or getting a bigger store🤷🏻‍♀️. I am making less Zara purchases as this is discouraging.
