I went into this store this week to upgrade my phone. Ty was great and helped me out in the beginning, but then I got switched to another worker who completely messed up my phone plan. 1) He never asked for my ID so he put my upgrade phone on the wrong account of my family plan 2) he switched my plan without even asking me, causing my family to lose our grandfathered family plan 3) charged 4 of our accounts for a month of Apple Music. Our monthly bill went up $80! I am trying to get in touch with a manager to fix this. I went to another Verizon store and they said they cannot make any changes to get us back on our grandfathered plan, the manager of this store has to do it, I am willing to edit this comment if I can get in contact with the manager. The number on here leads to the nation wide Verizon Customer Service, no local number is available.

I am the account owner. but my mother and sister went in to pick up a sim card for a temporary number as i live in a different state and wanted to make sure she had a working sim card before i ported her phone number over. This shouldve been a painless process. I made sure the phone was unlocked. Made sure my mom was an authorized user and that she knew the temporary phone number we were working with. I was on the phone in case there were any issues or questions. The store employee Cindy was difficult. She even walked away from them and refused to serve them. She stated i was being rude on the phone but i simply needed her to do things as i wanted them. She refused to work with them. When we asked for a store manager they did not get one. She then assisted with an attitude. Cindy knew that i was an employee and was still rude towards my family. I am embarrassed to work for verizon. Do not go to this store. If you do, dont work with cindy.

Guy told me I need appointment to buy prepaid card LOL I bought without any problem and no appointment prepaid card in AT&T store few walks away…

If you make an appointment online, the Boylston St location should be able to see you. I made an appointment and got seen just fine. They are trying to avoid walk ins.
