I saw a play here called “Good People” back in 2012. It’s was an excellent production.

The Bluest Eye. If you wonder if a Toni Morrison book can be made into a play and convey the depth and power of TM's work the answer is YES. This is the best theatre experience I've had in quite a while. I was honored to experience it. Thank you

Expensive, but worth it. Production choices and value are top notch in the city. Great stories and fabulous artists. The crews clearly work very hard to give you the best, from the designers to the backstage crew to the people who build the shows. I'm never disappointed.

Huntington Theatre is somewhat dated, but it is not too large and rather intimate. At the moment they play Romeo and Juliet in Shakespeare's language but in a modern setting. Think Dunkin Donuts coffee cups and baseball bats for weapons. The play is well acted and a pleasure to watch.
