What an amazing experience! This theater is not only historic, it is a work of art! The architecture and works of art are an amazing site to behold! If you really want to experience the history of the theater, I would highly recommend taking the tour; you will learn to appreciate what it takes to keep a theater such as the Wang Theater alive, vibrant, and relative.

Went to go see MBMBaM preform live. It was amazing experience and very well organized. The staff told us where both bathrooms were which was very nice for my gendernutal friend so they could choose which one they wanted to use. The theater it self is beautiful.

WOAH π³! I haven't visited in decades and I wish my memories about the Wang Theater π would return! I went on a date to see "The Phantom of the Opera" and I only remember the performance. Well organized and the staff are very professional. When I walked in, I was blown away! Huge chandeliers, the architecture, artwork and the flooring styles. I haven't even entered the stage area yet. Bathroom was in good shape. There is a bathroom for the handicapped as well. Boston's equivalent to the Sistine Chapel at the auditorium/stage. Huge ceilings with artwork and sculptures around the lighting. I couldn't stop staring at it. Ever since reading the book π "Monuments Men", I've become more fascinated by artwork and architecture. My only issue, the seating is rather crampt. I haven't felt that packed in since I flew on Delta Airlines! It also became very warm in there. I saw "Shun Yen", a Chinese dance π©° company from NYC. They combine dance, music πΆ and acting with a huge video screen that they interact with. Amazing! I was second row and I could hear the feet thumping on the stage, the rustling of the fabric from their costumes and see everyone's faces. I had enjoyable conversations with the people next to me. I was interviewed by staff members about my experience after the show. I had my parking π ΏοΈ slip validated and saved a fortune at the 200 Stuart Street Parking π ΏοΈ Garage. I used my ticket to get a discount at Blaze restaurant. Check the website for more information. WiFi available. They do sell snacks and drinks inside. You can buy tickets at the window, but I bought mine online. I do recommend a visit!

Simply Gorgeous! Everything is well maintained and the decor is meticulous. The acoustics are fantastic and even in the "nose-bleeds" you still get a great view and sound... The drinks are a little pricey but it's a great place to impress a date with a show.

It's impossible. They just won't answer no matter how hard you try. I'm not sure there are any human beings who work there.
Yes. On almost every floor
yes
Yes
Hi it's tonight at 730 only for Boston, he has other places he will be just Google him to see more
They asked me for my tickets last weekend too. It's the Ernie Boch way, isn't it? He's a huge Trump supporter.
Honestly I am unsure on the hours. However I do know the box office will close much earlier when there is no performance as opposed when there is a performance. Bochcenter.org
Will call is directed to the actual Box Office. Tickets can be picked up at any time.
Most concerts are over by 11pm.
Yes I have had my tickets scanned on my phone
There are plenty of places to eat nearby, but no restaurant in The Boch Center, itself.
I can tell you that the theater has access to all handicaps and they also have people who can to assist them, it also have two elevators and to answer your question, yes, your friend can park his wheelchair while enjoying the show
The garage directly next door 290 Tremont St
I was just there for Shen Yun and Elf on the Shelf was still being advertised on their e-sign. I would definitely give them a call. Check their website or drop by the box office. Good luck!
I don't know about been tested but all employees are vaccinated, is, as in many places, mandatory. Private events are also requiring a negative test to their guests or probe of vaccination.
Coming from Quincy I took an Uber in/out. Pricey but so convenient. Available parking lots are expensive.
The answer to that question I am not positive enough to answer. I'm sure that are people working the Box Office who would happily answer your question.
You would be best calling the theater.
Check their website for upcoming events.
Something tells me you already know the answer. But you can bring any drinks you buy there back to your seat.
No rules
Idk who that is, but did you try calling the box office?
Website might help
Theater staff are very accommodating.
Chinatown orange line ..green line boylston st
Call the front desk or box office.
What's thertha?
Well Is the Kacey Musgraved Show still on time 8PM?
Yes
There are kiosks where you can get drinks and snacks, but nothing substantial
I believe you can pick it up there. I am not sure. I have only gone to one show there and I am all the way up in VT.
GA is general admission. Look at the seating plan, pick your tickets.
Thank you all we are going to park in one of the parking garages π.
There is a box/Ticket office on site
If I had to guess, concerts usually run from 9ish to 11
"All guests regardless of age must have a ticket to enter the theatre. Most shows are appropriate for children 4 and up. Please check the show page for age appropriate content." This is what I managed to find, and it also said that additional discounts for students, seniors, etc are decided by the production company. I hope this helps.
You can find a seating chart online. Not sure if this link will work or not. http://www.ticketmaster.com/seatingchart/8248/56006
Hmmmm didnt go but call Boch Center directly. They will tell you. Good taste!
thanks. I was wondering when the opening band would be done and NIN start playing?
It all depends on the artist. Id guess between 10-11
You should be in line 30 minutes before the start time.
Sorry I do not know the last concert I was at was about two and a half hours long
Well if I had a four yr old I would not be in the balcony for one thing and my guess is yes the view will be obstructed unless she is unusually tall
Yes right next to it
Do not know you will have to call the Boch center like the person above said to do
Not soon enough
Yes they are. HH is farther back than AA
Ubers pick up people right outside the door. Its just a matter of recognizing the license plate of the uber driver. There is also a parking lot that was $25 a car when we went to the kingdom hearts orchestra show right across from the theater. However having really never been to Boston my wife and I were scared of getting lost so we took an uber in.
Yes you can. You go through a metal detector and they will.check it
Depends on the section. Website should have a map you can zoom in on.
I believe it should be over 3:30-4pm, based on previous run times.
I think they can accommodate
no
I don't know but I would guess so, you need to call.ahead.
Is far from stage I was row 34 and was not a good view
They are pretty far each other but maybe maybe Boston common garage.
I doubt they cancel for a few inches of snow. The total amount of 6 over 24 hours.
Box office
One hour before just about any show they do.
What is Will Call? And, is the face value of the ticket the actual cost of the ticket?
Probably the show ends on the 930 -10pm range
I didn't notice if they do. There is concessions on multiple levels.
Yes there is. Just ask the usher that seats you.
Several nearby lots. Some, with some walking, are inexpensive. Post Office Sq, after 4 & on weekends $9, as example
Noon to 6 everyday except sunday and monday
The elf performance was about three hours long. There is a intermission between the two halfs that take a half an hour
yes.. the seats are in a way that the odd numbered seats and even numbered seats are together
That's perfectly fine, all ages. Its the same as watching the show on tv except its live action.
Depends on who's performing. If it's someone famous I'd advice to do it. I had also precised tickets 3 months in advance for zimmer
yes but they might ask you to open it on your way in for a quick look nothing serious
Yes, you can buy tickets at the Wang box office during business hours. The plus side to this is that you donβt pay any of the fees that youβd have to pay online. This could potentially save you a lot of money depending on how many tickets youβre buying.
there are a lot of public parking spaces nearby. While majority are on the expensive side, your can use apps like spothero to find cheaper parking spaces
