Incredible store with super kind staff! I inquired about a hat and they looked all over the store and we're eventually able to find it at the bottom of a bin! It's expensive but quality stuff with a laid back atmosphere. I'd definitely return!

Find the items you want listed on https://www.patagonia.com/home/ and call in to let them know what you would like. Then go to the store to pay/pick up your order. It is available same day, as long as the items are in stock. When I visited last week they didn't even make me call my order in, I just told them what I was looking for and they rang me up at the door.

Patagonia is closed on Election Day nationwide. But normally, yes they're open on Tuesdays at 2pm.
I don't reallly know, it' s better to ask. Those are expensive goods. Consider that if it is normal use and if the jacket is under manufacturer's warranty, and the damage the due to defects on workmanship or materials (many ifs I guess, I mean, normal warranty conditions) they can do something. If not, consider a new jacket, these things improve every year... or North Face, depending on your tastes 😁😁
