I usually just buy stamps or post packages here and I have never had a problem. The last time I was here, I noticed a sign that passport photos can be taken here so I came back today specifically to do that. I waited patiently behind a man wearing an offensive political T-shirt and a line of about three other people formed behind me. When it was my turn, I approached the counter and said that I would like to have a passport photo taken or to make an appointment to do so. The man at the counter said dismissively, “You can get a passport photo taken at CVS.” Obviously, I know that I can get a passport photo taken elsewhere but I know that if I get it done at the USPS it will definitely meet requirements. Besides it’s advertised in the waiting area that it can be done here, and I have come here. I have waited my turn, I have been polite and I have offered to make an appointment to come back when it’s less busy. It’s not the end of the world, of course, but this person did not care about what was more convenient for a customer, this was about him not wanting to do this particular thing for some reason. Really disappointing. At the very least, take that sign down out of the lobby. You do not offer this service.

ONLINE HOURS ARE WRONG THEY CLOSE @ 4 Honestly can you guys just update the displayed hours online. It's really annoying driving to a place that says open to find out you are closed... Poor management

It's been a while since I've done it, but they used to want us in there by 4:00 with bulk deliveries.

I believe they want appointment and you can go right across street and apply for one without appointment... (same charge)... don't have the exact address but, just the friendly staff there and they will be glad to show you the other place.
