Let me tell you, couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Pa Auto World. My vehicle I purchased a few mnths back was making a noise that my normal mechanic didn’t diagnose properly. I went back to the dealership and the GM Jerry assured me that the mechanic would get it taken care of. They ordered the RIGHT parts and in a few hours hours had my son and I safely back on the road! Cant always believe the bad reviews abt places anymore bc there is 3 sides to every story! I am glad i didnt and went choose Pa Auto World ! Thanks Jerry and your crew!

Extremely rude man is very pushy and nasty. Sells lemons with inspection stickers he purchases. Vehicle are rusted thru and literally falling apart. He then lies about what's wrong with the cars, their mileage, service records, condition, functionality etc. Do NOT buy a car from this place--you will regret it!

The worst car buying experience ! They sell overpriced cars that have issues . After they tell you to bring it in so that their mechanic can "fix" your car , they make YOU pay for the rental !Also the guy Max is incredibly rude, he ignores your calls, and when you finally get him on the phone its nothing but him being nasty , he lies and gives empty promises . He also hangs up on you. If they pick a random person from the street to hire as their customer service ,they would probably have better people skills/communication skills than that guy! I hope people read all of these one star reviews and steer clear from this dealership ! Seriously go anywhere else !!! Im surprised this dealership is still in business! Just TERRIBLE !
