The worst service and repair in my life. He cracked my shoes.

I dropped off four pairs of easy spirit shoes. Upfront Joe charged $400 to add a 1 inch lift to each of the shoes. Right foot. The work was extremely unsatisfactory. He must’ve taken the bottom off of four shoes at one time because when he replaced them he replaced the wrong colors on each shoe. Consequently the pair I am wearing now has a tan bottom on the left shoe and a gray bottom on the right shoe. The work he did was horrendous. Mary andDelier

Careless service! Have my shoes shined and the labels were stained by black shoe oil. Didn’t provide any make up solution. Don’t cone here if you care about ur shoes!
