Waited on hold for a half hour and never got to make an appointment. Normally wait an hour to see the doctor if you’re privileged enough to even make an appointment. Hate this place

Please schedule times when the wait will not be over 2 hours for just a couple questions and a check up. Takes out a huge chunk of the day and makes plans you made all go to waste . Make sure to bring a charged phone because your gonna be waiting a long long time.

Sat there for 45 minutes after my "appointment time" until I no longer had time for it and had to leave. Terrible. They weren't even busy, just wholly unconcerned with keeping to their own schedule.

I have called multiple times in the past few days to get an appointment set up, I've been on hold for 15+ minutes each time. I give it three stars just because other than trying to get a hold of this clinic I have no knowledge of them personally. Please add an option to leave a voicemail/email so that the employees can call us back later/set up appointments on website

I take someone there and usually they answer the phone and do the appointments I may be oN hold for a minute or 2.. I would try again if I were you.
Dr Call and Dr Cummings are
I saw Dr Spence . He is a great doctor... I would advise calling & asking them..because I'm not sure.
