I found my wedding dress here in March on sale. When I went to get my alterations done 3 months later in June, the seamstress was arguing with the receptionist and seemed very annoyed when talking to me. I didn't take it personally because it seemed like she was having a bad day. When I went back a month later, she made some comments that made me feel like I was an inconvenience for her by being there a second time, even though I was told that two appoints were needed to make sure the alternations were done and then to make sure the dress still fitted afterwards. I felt like my shopping experience there was nice and the staff was friendly but the seamstress made me embarrassed by her attitude. She also charged me for something she originally said she couldn't do but then went and did it without telling me.

Do not go here unless you buy your dress here. My fiancée was treated like dirt because she didn’t buy her dress here. She just moved here from Ohio, only to be treated like that. Awful customer service. Staff was rude and short and arrogant.
