We took the "long" trail (highly recommended!!!) which has stunning views. It leads you to the observation tower. Many young children were on this trail which has little short side paths (10-30 feet) where you can take stunning family photos if you choose. Try to go on a clear day. This probably would be a 15-20 minute hike. The "short" path may be steeper, but is much shorter and without the scenic views. There is also a food bar (we didn't eat there) and bathrooms. The observation tower gives a 360 view of the surrounding mountains. Make sure to order your tickets online or plan on waiting for an available time slot...if there is one.
There is a quarter mile trail around the top of the mountain that goes to a tower in the center. The views up there are amazing on a clear day. There is also a small place to grab food.
