Not long, it runs every 15 minutes and it holds about 70 people, I've never been on a tram with more than 12 during the summer and I've been about 7 times.
It holds 80 people during summertime, 70 in winter to account for ski gear, +1 for the operator. During peak crowds and low winds in summer the tram runs at 7 to 8 m/s, faster than any other lift in NH, and takes 6 minutes one way. It typically runs every 15 minutes, but during peak hours goes every 6 mins plus whatever extra time it takes to herd cattle onto the cars. During summer and winter the busiest times, the tram line runs through the whole building and out the doors, and can take about 40 minutes to get on. Source; I live here and drove the tram.
