Nothing about it on their website or their Facebook page , they are only mentioning the event at safety town, don't think that they are doing it.
Last week I was there and sections were roped off and people were in the field.
I didn't see any preparations yet

I don't know about Starkey this year, but agree that Safety Town is worth visiting.
Don't know about Starkey Park but Safety Town has a nice Christmas light drive.
