One of the best small walking trails i have been on and well maintained. Would recommend it.

Make sure to carry water with you when walking through this desert preserve. It's a wonderful spot to encounter Joshua trees, tumbleweeds, and other desert vegetation. I appreciated the directional signage strategically placed throughout the area, but I thought some of the metal art pieces took away from the natural landscape.

I love coming here with my daughter and husband. We come when it's not to hot but the evenings are cool. We always pack a lunch an eat there. It's a great place to just go unwind and breathe fresh air.

Don't bring your dogs! They aren't allowed. You will be fined. On another note absolutely lovely trail

There are mountain lions in SoCal. Not sure of that particular area but I'm pretty sure there are. Could you make out the claws in the paw print? In general if you can see the claws it's canine and if you can't it's feline as cats both wild and domesticated can retract their claws.
There are also ravens, squirrels, rabbits (cottontails and jackrabbits) and snakes (though you probably won't see them in cooler weather).
It's not a huge installation and it's pretty close quarters, especially the closer we get to Christmas. Didn't see any 'NO DOGS ALLOWED" signs, but I wasn't looking for any either. Maybe ask the Prime Woodlands directly. They have a FB page.
The lights are already up, so yes.

More than likely yes but call the preserve to confirm. Happy Holidays!
There isn't a coyote pack, but stray coyotes sometimes transit through the park.
I don't know why they didnt post about Christmas lights on there website you will need to contact them and ask why
We went around 630 in the evening and they were going
Yes
I think so - at least, I've seen other people doing it. I would check with the visitor's center just to be sure, though.
We didn't see any, but it was about 70 degrees when we were there. In warmer weather they will be more active.
If I can't take my 🐶4-legged-tail-waggin-adventure-pal🐶 with me, then I'll go somewhere else. Have a nice day.🤬
