We went to the presentation and were told someone would come by and talk to us after the fact. No-one came. I talked to a few people that had joined. These people saw us coming they start the presentation at 12,900. included 2 parks or 7900 for 1 park and a annual fee of 561.00 for maintenance times 10 which is another 5610 00. Guys this was for 10 years only. not a life time. The spa was broken the pool was closed due to needing repairs the pool table had a tear on it and was out of order. They had a crab feed 80.00 each and the crab was still frozen so was the shrimp. The park is beautiful, they do not adhere to the rules the people next to us has their off her lease most of the time which meant I had to keep my dogs in my unit most of the time. What a joke I fond out other that have bought in paid 3500.00 plus the maintenance. Another person told me they paid 2500.00. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! WHAT A JOKE

Great ace to take a dip and chill...if you get there early enough to find a place to park!

It is beautiful here. You definitely need lots of water and some fresh legs. Once at the top of Blue Ridge, you get fantastic views. The trails are well maintained but heavily trafficked.

You can legally hunt here, go on the California fish and wildlife website to view the maps, however the land is very steep and there are always hikers on weekends who elk probably freak out since they don't know it is BLM land.
