Randomly searched a hiking trail near the area and this popped up. There's a nice parking lot for this trail. I went on a weekday, not so much people, the hike isn't so bad. Seems like it's a loop, didn't finish the trail so will be coming back soon. It's good to hike in the morning to get shade and fresh air.
MUSIC IS A MIRACLE
Blue ridge trail is just beautiful, I recommend it. it’s 2 1/2 miles back-and-forth. The destination is the top off Canyon Creek, it has the best view of the Berryessa lake.

Best hike in the area. Aggressive and difficult trail with a big payoff if you make it to the top. Sturdy hiking shoes are a must. In addition, summertime is a heat and fire hazard so best to go during a cooler season.

This hike is perfect for a semi-cloudy fall day! You get to decide how to complete the 4-5 mile loop. If you want to start with the woodsy, moderate Homestead trail, go for it! If you want to start with the hard stuff first, go for the Blue Ridge Trail with it’s boulders, switchbacks, and open ranges! Either way, you’ll get a breathtaking view of Lake Berryessa! Important notes - Bring your water and be prepared to take out your own trash - Wear bug spray. Lots of gnats swarming - Hiking poles are optional - Pack a hat. Ridge trail has little to no shade. You’re exposed to the elements! - Park in the upper car lot. Walk through the creepy tunnels and you’ll see the sign to the trail head
