I want to donate womens clothing to a shelter or a place where the women can just select what they need/want at none or VERY little cost?? Is this the place?? I sincerely want the women in need to not have to pay for their clothing needs.

Yes! Just go down to the Woman's Residence and ring to door bell. The woman there do not have to pay for clothes. They are always accepting of donations.
