I have been with Babcock for years now for my ACLS and BLS provider/ instructor services. The staff responds to you kindly and professionally. Jae will always teach you right and you leave the class highly confident. I highly recommend 👌 👍

The instructor clarified many points for us, explaining in a clear and concise manner. Everyone was given a lot of support during the scenarios. I had taken ACLS consistently since 2006, but I retired in 2020 and my certification had expired. I was hesitant and anxious about recertification but the whole experience was a good one. I'm working part-time as an RN and this will definitely be helpful in my work choices!

Great experience. Instructors were very knowledgeable. The did send me the wrong ecard with both acls and bls after I attended the skills class, but were super quick to fix the mistake after a quick call. Overall 5 star service.

The training was professional and filled with a lot of great information. The instructors were very personable but did hold people accountable, which I thought was highly appropriate. I would recommend this company and their trainings to any, especially those in the health care industry. You can trust they are teaching you the right stuff and doing it in such a way that learning can be fun.
