I called here after signing up knowing I needed a Registered Agent but not really knowing what they do and they helped me over the phone step by step to finish setting up my account. After I signed up I had questions about the services on the website and Victoria was very helpful walking me through what everything does.

1 star is not low enough for this company. They gave me misinformation at every turn. I was clear with them on my goals for doing business with them. They messed up the basic task that I asked them for and now they want me to pay to fix it. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and reporting them to the Attorney General of Florida. Do not put yourself in the same situation as I, find a different company to register your business, stay away from these people. To anybody reading this: do not believe their response. In order to get their company to do the right thing I had to threaten them with a complaint with the attorney general and file a complaint with my credit card company. Only after I did that did they correct their error. Before I took those actions they wanted me to pay them to fix a mistake they made. Throughout the process this company has either been incompetent or intentionally vague and misleading. Honestly I don't know if these folks are truly incompetent or dishonest. Either way do not believe the other reviews this is a company to avoid.
