The MRI process went well but the quoting process isn't good. I was quoted the same amount for self-pay vs. insurance so went with insurance to apply $500 towards my deductible. Month later they say it was an additional $32. I told them I wasn't going to pay since I would have done self-pay to save $32 AND I had gotten 4 MRIs before this one, all self-pay. They refused to work with a customer who spent $2,000 with them and told me they were sending the $32 to collections. My credit score just dropped 30 points…almost the equivalent of my bill. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN and would advise friends to steer clear of them in the future.

I went to Central MRI this morning...I was coming from a bad experience at another local MRI place, so I was a little hesitant. I was first greeted by the receptionist which was extremely nice and helpful. Then waited maybe 2 minutes and the tech took me back....I have NEVER felt so comfortable, she told me everything that was going to happen, she checked on me and made me feel like I was part of her family. The patient care that this facility is top notch - highly recommend!
