This is the PERFECT place to live... IF you enjoy terrible maintenance and horrible management and customer service. The day we moved it, our supposedly “new” refrigerator was not working. They brought an old used one from another apartment, and kept the non working one also in the apartment for a week and a half before it could get fixed. Then a month after living here, our dryer stopped drying - well the whole dryer vent needed to be cleaned out. When the company came to clean it, they told us they have offered to clear out all of the vents for a discounted rate for the apartments, but management told them “We will fix them as people complain”. Great. A few months later, our water heater broke and started leaking into the apartment below us. It took them almost TWO weeks to get that fixed because they hired some plumber - on - the - side instead of paying for an actual company to come and fix it. They always seem to try and take the “cheap” way out even if it means hassle for the tennants. Dawn, the manager, is terrible!!! She is completely rude and has the worse customer service I have ever encountered. You might be thinking.. why would they keep her there with so many complaints? Well... because the management company is just as bad. Brenda was horrible to work with, would hang up on my when I was being polite and trying to talk to someone else in charge for all the issues we have had with them. Overall... would seriously recommend NOT moving in here. Their initial prices may seem cheaper than other apartments - but you get what you pay for! And they raise your rent to match all the surrounding places the first year your lease is up... so trust me, save yourself the trouble and just move someone else. In response to your comment: I’m sorry... where did I say anything about pool restrictions? Oh, and your “long time plumbing company” told us he was not with a company. Either way, no matter which way you look at it; you hire non reliable people otherwise they would not have reconnected the water heater improperly, causing a natural gas leak in our apartment. Moved in this apartment recently. It is a 2 bed 2 bath. Everything has been wonderful! The only complaints that I have would be the water pressure in the showers, and we don’t get a good amount of hot water (even with having our own water heater). Overall I love my apartment and so does my boyfriend and our son!Savannah, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Lived here for over a year now and have had a positive experience. Rooms are bigger than most apartments in this price range, maintenance has always been very quick to help with issues, they replace the air filters multiple times throughout the year.. although staff has changed some over the last year, Dawn has always been very helpful.Thank you for making Tanemara your home!
