Our group of 5 went to Mad Greens. Employees were not organized and seemed frazzled. One of us asked for a tofu based dish. They only had 5 pieces in the whole store. Really sad. I had the Vibrant Venus salad which was good but wasn't mixed at all. I had to dig for everything at the bottom of the dish.

I frequent this location often, and it always really good. However, I always order the big salad and lately they're not even filling the whole bowl with lettuce. Just really disappointing when paying $13 for a salad :(
