Great place to donate things you no longer need

We were told by the Salvation Army to go to the administrative office to pick up our last paycheck for bell ringing. The signage was not visible from the street. The doors were locked and no one was in view. There was no door bell or intercom. We had to telephone to get someone to come to the door, then she had to leave to get our checks. She eventually returned, but the whole set-up was very unprofessional and inappropriate for the main Salvation Army office of our county on a pay day.

St Petersburg is expensive ..hope you get a room soon ..it's going to get cold soon 😭
Food pantry is Monday Wednesday and Friday 9:00-11:30 am for the 4th st location
Yes call office on 66th street. I don't have the number. U have to Google number.
INTAKE HOURS START AT APPROXIMATELY 8... YOU NEED TO ARRIVE EARLY AT LEAST BY 7... THE COST IS BETWEEN YOUR CASE WORKER ( IF YOU ARE ADMITTED ) AND YOURSELF DEPENDING ON YOUR PARTICULAR S
Yes
Maybe Tampa but the St Pete location is/ was restricting new admissions a COVID-19 "thing"? They're taking in people from Hospitals etc...? Maybe people in distress? It's best to call ahead or if you're in the area ask at the residence entrance and staff will answer all of your questions! Good Luck & God's Blessings to you & your future little one.
I really don't know
They used to have a program that was run by pastor Jay but I think it has been discontinued
I really don't know the number but it's the office on 4 the street. They are open from 9am until about 3:30
For food U need to call the number of the establishment there may B a live person or prompts to follow. U can speak with a social worker. U will most likely B asked questions and U will B given information to bring with U. Due to the covid they address U from the door @ 1400 4th street south St. Pete, FL 33701. The 310 address on 14th Ave. Is Not where U go. That is not where U go.
Well I know someone who was there then they were asked to leave a lady in her 40s now living on the streets just because she went for walks they claim there on lockdown because of conifed 19 yet they let people come and go and quess they choose who must stay and who must go this woman was not on drugs did not drink like some of them yet also a woman over a week ago became positive for the virus my friend told me they did nothing they put this woman in a motel who had the virus but it's very possible she could have infected others there why do they not get those people tested yet they did not the state should intervene and make them have everyone tested there
Depends where Ur shelter is located. Without at least a city name not sure I can saysorry my bad. The location wasent showing at the time I received the inquiry. There is parking on 14th ave S. in front of the shelter and in front of administrative building. There is also a fair sized parking lot across from administrative building on 14th ave S. If U park in the area in front of social services the gate is locked and U can not access or move Ur vehicle until it is unlocked at 6am M-F. Do not park & sleep in any parking lot that is Salvation Army property. Its private property U stand the risk of being arrested 4 tresspassing. U must B a resident or visitor with business to do at the Salvation Army to have parking privilages. Try Safe Harbour on 49th street by the Pinellas Co. Jail if U can't find imediate shelter.
Which one does? Anyone know? Thank you, in Him, Chaplain Debbie
The entrance for the shelter is facing 14th Avenue South, the other entrance on the same side is for Administration Only, and the entrance off of 4th Street South is for community services. Hope this helps.
This is a great place to take shelter if your down on your luck and need somewhere to go and stay until you get things together
