I was told if someone is on ant type of government assistance the spay/neuter services are free of charge, is this true ? And if so does the person have to reside in Alach. Co. ?

I think it's 15$ but not sure 100%. I KNOW thaty you have to go there and get a special carrier to bring them in and take them home. They collect a deposit and you get it back when you return the carrier. So you have to return the carrier when they are open. If you just leave the carrier on the steps they charge you. The hours for the spray/ neuter areas is different than the shelter areas and they wont give you or take back the carriers
