Yes you can and we parked at the mall and walked into one of the open to the public side entrances (didn't cost my friend and a thing.....) just a couple minute walk.
I was just down there the first week of june. just go park in the mall parking lot that is free!! I saw nothing around there that would cost you 30$in parking
They only lock the doors after around 10 but that is not the lobby so you can go in there just to look around and it looks a lot better at night time and more stuff goes on like the water light show and stuff like that have a great time
