Hi Robert: Tai Chi is not currently on the schedule at Bardmoor YMCA, however, our sister Y the Jim & Heather Gills YMCA offers Tai Chi on Wednesdays and Fridays at 8:00AM.
I am not sure. I am a Member, not a Staff Member. It would be best to call that Y location to see what is currently offered. They do offer many of the Les Mills Programs, which is what I primarily do, in which Body Combat includes mixed martial arts.
