I’ve been looking for a place that offers high intensity, strength and conditioning in group classes for a while. Happy to say I’m done looking because I found Largo F45 - and there’s no need to look back! The coaches are personable, classes are filled with a variety of ages and fitness levels, it made me feel comfortable from day one. The individualized instruction within the class format ensures safety, form and targeting that bring quicker results and motivate you to stay on track. The schedule/times for classes is really accommodating too. There are challenges that keep you motivated and help you set goals; as a member, you have access to workouts through the app so you can stay on track when away. Wellness and nutrition tips are also available on the app to help guide you in fueling and recovery. Come try Largo45! You won’t regret it!

We welcome ages 16+ and all fitness levels. F45 meets you where you are. All movements are modifiable with regressions and progressions to account for injuries, physical limitations and your personal strengths. We currently have members from ages 16-73.
Yes, all of our trainers are nationally certified personal trainers through certifying bodies including NASM and ISSA.
F45 is full body functional training in a team environment led by certified personal training. F45 is founded on community, motivation, accountability and results. F45 Training combines elements of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Circuit Training, and Functional Training. This combination of interval, cardiovascular and strength training has been proven to be the most effective workout method for burning fat and building lean muscle.
