This gym is perfect for fitness freaks. The atmosphere here is very low-key. The trainers are both super friendly and non-judgmental. Plus, they know what they are talking about. The price is hard to beat. I wouldn't to be a member of anywhere else.

I rejoined this gym because the people there are into working out, not crowding around a machine to have circle time. The only thing that I would say needs improving is the temperature. It’s very warm in there. I’m getting ready to switch to before work gym time, so I don’t know what it’s like at that time of the morning. Hopefully there will be a shower free after. Staff is fantastic and the gym is clean.

I joined this gym for the treadmills when the time changes and it’s too dark to run, there is always issues with the treadmills. It gets very frustrating especially when you’re trying to run with a friend and you can’t find two that work great next to each other. It tends to be very hot in this gym even after they replaced the AC, which also defeats the purpose of running inside- I don’t want to sweat off weight I’d rather hang on to that hydration. It looks nice inside and as long as they don’t raise gym rates I’m happy. I don’t think they do a great job at social distancing or keeping machines sanitized between uses, something to keep in mind if you’re worried about getting sick.
