Yes you can go in and visit and shop eat ect. I not sure if you can do the boat ride. They ask for your room number and then it cost $26.00. If you dont have a room it might cost a little more for the boat ride not to sure on that one because we had a room It is a great place lots to see and do. We was there over the weekend and we loved it and we are already planning on going back next year. You can't see and do everything in two days the place is huge and beautiful. I have never seen any thing like it. We loved it there and I think you will too. Hope you go. Enjoy

You can park at the mall and ride the tram to the hotel and then you can walk around the hotel and eat at the restaurants.
