Park at the mall by the movie theater for free and walk in. It isn't that far of a walk and we were there to walk anyway!

Yes. One even has an interesting boat ride, movie theater and restaurants.

Yes it is open for guests. You would just pay for parking. Park across the street. Parking is a major rip off! Lol 😆
