Yes you can your the public areas of the hotel. Tip: park in the mall parking lot behind the hotel. Just walk across and go in the back door. Otherwise it costs $32 to park in the hotel parking lot.
Yes there is free parking but if you see signs to pay for parking your in the wrong area. Lovely place to walk through with all the plants and water fountains
Yes you can walk in and look around. It is beautiful! Boat ride inside (costs) see santa, visit all the gardens. They do have an indoor water park. Not sure what that costs. All decorated for Christmas.
