There is so much information contain here and online to that I would allow myself to come often as time permits to study and research.
They open at 10 on fridays and saturdays due to the fact that they close earlier and when they open at 12 it is because they close later
Maybe they have to wake up all the homeless people sleeping in front of the doorway first?
Budget cuts force it to open so late. However, most Long Beach library open at 10am
